This can be worn alone as a bold statement top, or as a jacket. I love the combination of straps, buckles, zips and cut outs.

The puffed shoulders give it the Victorian style, while the opening at the chest gives it a dash of sex appeal. The back of this jacket has a corset style ribbon lacing.
