Maggie Angus describe their website as “A Playground of Fanciful Jewellery” a statement that grabs my attention every time and is perfectly fitting.
Their diverse collection of Perspex jewellery is easily identifiable due to their originality and style. Often using animals or kitsch iconography as the subjects of their pieces, Maggie Angus never fails to put a smile on my face.
Maggie Angus has been featured in a number of magazines this year and is a finalist in the Reveal Magazine ‘Click & Buy’ awards as Best Jewellery Brand 2011. Their jewellery is also worn by a number of celebrities such as Jessie J and Fearne Cotton. An impressive feat for a brand that has only been around a year.
Hopefully this is a sign of things to come and Maggie Angus will continue on to bigger and better things, forever adorning us with dazzling jewels.
I myself am very excited to see what comes next from Maggie Angus and wish them all the luck in the world on their exciting journey.
